ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER from STAR HOME MOBİLYA SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. , operating under the Ata Concept brand of the SELLER , through its website or other distance sales channels, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts .

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and electronically confirmed the basic characteristics of the products subject to this contract, the sales price, the payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery.

4.2 Products will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the pre-notification, provided that this does not exceed the legal time limit.

4.3 If the product is to be delivered to a person or entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible if the BUYER refuses delivery.

4.4 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the products in good condition, complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

4.5 In case of non-payment or cancellation, the SELLER's delivery obligation ends.

4.6 In case of unauthorized payment, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days.

4.7 In case of force majeure, the BUYER may cancel the order or the delivery may be postponed.

4.8 In case of return of defective products under warranty, the shipping cost is borne by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised provided that the product is unused and the SELLER is notified in writing.

The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same method used for payment to the BUYER.

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

  • Custom-made products

  • Installed or used products

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Digital content

ARTICLE 7 – COMPETENT COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction according to the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey .

By completing the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
